These Terms of Use govern your use of KieForge. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

KieForge is an AI music-video studio. You write or generate lyrics and music, design characters, board scenes, and render a finished cut. Features that rely on server-side processing may change or be interrupted. This version has no in-app purchases.

Your content

You retain ownership of media you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it to generate the project you request. You represent that you have the right to upload those files and that they do not infringe others’ rights.

AI-generated content

Lyrics, music, images, and video are generated by third-party models. Output can be unexpected or inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use generated media.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Processing times vary.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts in Dubai, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction except where consumer law requires otherwise.
