Overview

This Privacy Policy describes the data KieForge uses to generate music, images, and video from the projects you create. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for third-party advertising, and we do not track you across apps or websites.

Information we collect

Content you submit

• Project titles, lyrics, prompts, character stills, scene boards, and audio you import or generate
• Photos or camera captures you choose as references
• Rendered stills, clips, and final videos associated with your project so you can reopen them

Account

• Sign-in details the app uses to keep your projects (email or equivalent account identifier)

Usage

• Crash and diagnostic logs and device type needed to run the app

This version of KieForge has no in-app purchases, so we do not collect purchase history in the app.

How we use it

• To generate lyrics, music, images, video, and lip-sync for the project you started
• To store projects so you can continue editing and render a finished cut
• To prevent abuse and keep the service running

We do not use this data for third-party advertising.

Third parties

These processors handle data only as needed for a feature you use:

• Google Gemini — lyrics and related text or image steps
• Kie.ai and connected music, image, and video models — generation you request in the app
• Vibecode hosting for the production backend
• Apple — App Store distribution

Generated media is produced by third-party models. We send them only the prompts and reference media needed for the job you started.

Permissions

• Camera — optional, to capture a reference photo
• Photo library — optional, to import or export media
• Microphone — optional, when you record or import audio

Storage, security, retention

Data in transit uses TLS. Project files stay until you delete them or delete your account. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data. Email support@smbdm.com to request account deletion; we aim to reply within 30 days.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data. Email support@smbdm.com.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be noted in the app or on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
