Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your use of ChunkCam. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

ChunkCam is a looping video recorder with optional live AI captions, clip notes, summaries, and stitch/export. Recording itself does not require an account. Features that rely on server-side processing or in-app purchases may change or be interrupted.

Your content

You own the videos and recordings you create. You are responsible for what you record and for following local recording and consent laws. You grant us a limited licence to process clips or frames only to deliver the AI or stitch feature you requested.

Credits and purchases

AI features spend credits. Credit packs are consumable in-app purchases (100 / 300 / 1,000 credits). ChunkCam Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription for $9.99 USD; each billing period grants 500 credits. Payment is processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Apple ID subscription settings. Restore Purchases is in Settings. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple’s refund rules.

AI features

Captions, transcriptions, and summaries are generated by automated models. Output can be inaccurate. Do not rely on it where accuracy matters.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts in Dubai, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction except where consumer law requires otherwise.
